As a business owner, feedback is an important aspect of growth. You want to ensure your customers enjoy your service and have the best experience, but the only way to know if you hit your target is by receiving feedback from them.
At Cusecho, all we want to do is provide all the tools you need to grow your business and move to the next level, and receiving feedback is a huge part of it.
Here’s how to receive feedback/reviews from your customers on Cusecho.

2.On your store front, you’ll see a button on the right hand side of your screen that allows your customers to leave a review about your store.
3.You can see your store by clicking on the “View store” option in the customizer or the Plus sign icon on the navigation bar as seen in the image below.
NOTE: Every store on Cusecho has a review feature embedded on it.
4.To see all the reviews you get, click on “Customer reviews'' from your dashboard. From here you can see all the reviews you’ve gotten whether positive or negative, and the average ratings your customer gives you.
You may also decide to showcase your reviews on your storefront to encourage more users to buy your product or service.

You can also collect reviews through QR codes whether in-store or online.
Here’s how to do so.
You can print it out and place it in your store if you have a walk-in store. Or you can post it across your social media channels for people to drop their reviews about your brand.
