How to Use the Business Metrics Feature on Cusecho

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) play a vital role in the success and sustainability of a business. They serve as a compass, providing direction and measurable benchmarks for an organization's performance. 


Hence, as a business owner it’s important to have a mode of measurement to help you know what factors are important to your business growth. 


At Cusecho, our aim is to help you manage your business and focus on the most important parts. And with the Business metric feature, we give you an opportunity to enter your business KPIs and get responses from your customers to help you track them. 


In other words, business metrics is Cusecho’s way of helping you track your business KPIs. 


How it Works


    Begin by first creating a store or adding your store link if you already have one.

2.Next, select “Business metric” from the left-side menu.

3.Display board shows you the active KPIs and its analytics. The system uses data visualization to show you the performance of your KPIs and the responses from your customers. 

4.The "Update business metrics'' allows you to set your business KPIs and ask corresponding questions for each metric. For example, if your KPI is to Increase customer retention by 10%, you can ask a corresponding question like "Which of our products make you keep coming back for more?"


5.After setting the KPI and questions, click on the “Add” button in the image above to add the questions to your review front. This way when customers want to give a review, they are immediately shown your question to answer. 


Note:

Adding business metrics can be delayed for a while. However, you’ll be notified when it’s been successfully added.
