1. To get started, log in to your account and navigate to the Helpdesk section. This is where all customer complaints and inquiries will be centralized for your convenience.
2. Once you're in the Helpdesk section, you will see a list of customer complaints and inquiries. Each entry will display the customer's name, email address, phone number, the nature of the complaint, and the date and time it was submitted. This allows you to quickly assess the most pressing issues.
3. To ensure that you address the most critical issues first, the system automatically grades the complaint according to priority. So you can see which complaint has high, medium, or low priority. This helps you focus your attention on the most severe problems that need immediate resolution.
4. To resolve a complaint, you can send a message to the customer. Click on the three-dotted icon beside the complaint to open it. From there, you can compose and send a message (whether SMS or Email) directly to the customer. This is an efficient way to address non-urgent issues or seek additional information.
5. In situations where a complaint cannot be resolved by a single team member, our Helpdesk feature supports collaboration. You can assign the complaint to a specific team member through the task management feature ensuring that it receives the attention it deserves.
